Aunt Flow arrived on Sunday! 20 days after removal and 3 days early according to my
calculations. I'm just glad I am at the start of a new cycle. I'll work on my diet and
exercise for the next couple of weeks. I'll do it
religiously until I get a positive ovulation test.
